Mō te tūranga | About the Role
The End-to-End Employee Experience squad operates and supports the banks multiple HR apps working closely with our key HR stakeholders. You will be supporting the daily operations to keep our apps running which will include development and integration management. Your mission will be to contribute to the continuous development of a modern app platform to enable our user base.

Serve as the Human Capital Management (HCM) partner supporting designated HCM areas, such as Core HR, Absence, Time-Tracking, Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Provide consultation to HR teams, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
• Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming HCM capabilities
• Evaluate upcoming functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimise the use the HCM tool
• Configure, test, validate and implement system and business process changes in within the HCM tools
• Assist in testing of SaaS releases and integrations
• Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
• Provide input and knowledge sharing with HCM Team Lead, HCM Team Members, implementation partners and others as appropriate
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen

• Experience using Workday as a functional administrator is an essential requirement
• Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
• Understanding of HR integrations landscape and supporting complex queries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional colleagues, and IT
• Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
