Branch Manager – Central North Island Hub

What We’re Looking For:
- Solid Experience: Proven experience in Agency recruitment within temp and/or perm markets.
- Smart Decision-Making: Able to make quick, effective decisions and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-tasker: Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities without missing a beat and without fuss or drama.
- Energetic and Driven: A true self-starter who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and working with a dedicated team. We got here from hard work and immense drive whilst leading in our sector and always putting people first. You too should have values of drive, dedication, and community.
- Senior Mindset: Comfortable working as a senior member of the team and confident in mentoring or guiding others as required.You will lead by example to help your consultants reach their goals and targets.
- Someone that doesn’t need constant attention: there is no micromanagement – we’re just too busy making waves and, as a senior, you should be able to self-motivate and just get on with it. (If you need a cuddle or a certificate just for turning up and doing the basics, then this is not for you.)
