About the Role

As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be responsible for keeping our client’s infrastructure and network secure at all times. This role is part of the Security Intelligence team under our Managed Security Services.
Your main tasks will include reviewing and investigating security alerts, analyzing incidents, and creating effective response plans to reduce risks. You will be a key expert in security risk management, helping shape security policies, guiding investment decisions, and mentoring team members. Additionally, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation and teamwork within the Security Intelligence unit.

  • Proactively identifi es opportunities for security enhancements and presents strategic recommendations that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Acts as a key liaison for high-value clients, ensuring tailored security solutions are delivered.
  • Develops and implements advanced threat detection strategies using EDR, SIEM, SOAR and other security tools. Leverage expertise in threat detection, risk assessment, and vulnerability management to identify and address systemic security weaknesses.
  • Detects, coordinates and reports on cyber security incidents impacting customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Security qualification
  • Relevant experience working as a Security Analyst
  • Relevant experience in systems or network support roles
  • Knowledge of security concepts across infrastructure, networking, development, firewalls, proxies, operating system command-line tools, system/server diagnostic tools, security policies, systems administration concepts and measures, and system performance and availability
  • Relevant experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, cloud and on premise environments, Linux and Microsoft operating systems including CLI, Microsoft 365 Defender solutions, forensics tools, scripting languages and backups
