About the Client:

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in managing costs and ensuring compliance throughout project delivery. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that each project is delivered seamlessly from the tender stage through to completion. The position offers significant room for growth, with ongoing professional development provided by senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety systems and procedures.
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and negotiations to delivery and close-out.
- Review contract documentation and offer feedback on terms and conditions.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations.
- Track variations and provide pricing updates, ensuring alignment with contractual and cash flow requirements.
- Oversee quality reporting and ensure payment claims are accurate in relation to project progress.
- Identify and report budgetary risks and opportunities, providing solutions to minimize costs or maximize opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, systems, and training materials.
- Champion the use of Procore within the team and assist in improving quality assurance processes.
