About the opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a knack for administration and event organisation to join our International Sales Operations division based in East Tamaki, Auckland. In this role, your support will be crucial in contributing to the success of our wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate events and conferences for our international and local teams
  • Proactive management of diaries and travel arrangements for senior managers
  • Prepare resources and documents as required for meetings and reports
  • Maintain an organised and efficient office environment and facilitate the onboarding of new team members
  • Review systems and processes, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness


About you

Ideally you will be someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented with a passion for helping people. Other key skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a business support, event coordination or PA role
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems easily
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive and motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders
