Role 1: Senior Civil Engineer (Christchurch) An exceptional career-defining opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary consulting firm in Christchurch. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, leverage your local Canterbury knowledge across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects, upskill others in 3D modelling (Civil 3D/12D), conduct technical design calculations, manage project deliveries, and build trusted client relationships. Requirements include a NZ Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years' experience with CPEng credentials (or very close), expertise in civil design/modelling/drainage/roading, proven project/people management abilities, and strong communication skills.

Role 2: Senior Structural Engineer (CPEng) (Christchurch) Join a leading multi-disciplinary firm as a Senior Structural Engineer overseeing a team of engineers/technicians. You will contribute to project deliveries, client liaison, and mentoring while technically designing structural engineering projects, reviewing deliverables, collaborating cross-functionally, and assisting with business development. Candidates must hold CPEng registration as a Structural Engineer, with 6+ years' structural design experience, 3+ years' team management experience, broad knowledge of the NZ Building Code/standards, specialist earthquake-resistant design skills, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of commercial realities.

Role 2: Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Christchurch) Join a dynamic employee-owned firm as the Senior Geotechnical Engineer. You will mentor a small geotechnical team, providing technical expertise across investigations, assessments, foundation design, slope stability, and earthworks. Collaborate cross-functionally, conduct site visits, develop client relationships, prepare proposals/budgets, and drive business development alongside overseeing high-quality project delivery and mentoring staff.
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering, 5+ years' experience, CPEng registration (or eligibility), strong geotechnical principles/soil mechanics knowledge, project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, software proficiency (geotechnical analysis/design), business acumen, and a collaborative leadership approach.
