Job Description
Our Lumino Oamaru practice has been supporting the wider community for 30+ years! Our 2-surgery practice is looking for dentists to join our team. Our current lead dentist is retiring, so there is an opportunity for 2 dentists!

As a dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to explore your interests while working in a collaborative environment.

Full Time or Part-time options - to suit you!
Want to earn an additional 5% for supporting the Rural Support (40% commission + 5% support).
Excellent earning potential in a lovely town!
Relocation Contribution Available (t&cs apply)
$15,000 lab credit, to support and assist with building your books in your first six months with Lumino

Qualifications
About You
If you are a passionate dentist, ready to embark on a fulfilling journey with a dedicated team, we'd love to speak with you.

We are looking for the following attributes:

  • A minimum of 2+ year of post-graduate experience, please note this is a sole dentist position until we find another dentist - there is the opportunity for offsite mentoring/support for proactive dentists!
  • Proficiency in (or exposure to - if you are recently qualified) a wide range of dental services to meet the needs of our diverse patient base
  • The ability to confidently discuss treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand and feel comfortable
  • Strong communication skills and approachability
  • The ability to work harmoniously as part of a close team


To be successful in the role you will need to hold registration with the New Zealand Dental Council (NZDA) as well as a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
