We are a leading metals distributor and processor across Australasia, with 69 sites and over 1300 employees in New Zealand and Australia. Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and continuously improving every aspect of our business. We are now looking for an Internal Salesperson to support our external representatives and daily operations of our coil and plate steel distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotes and process orders promptly
Follow up with customers to gather feedback
Assist in branch performance, including stock management and administrative tasks
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility required)
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
A warm, friendly telephone manner
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
The ability to work effectively in a small team and assist where necessary
