About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Cartology is seeking an In-store Product Specialist for screens to join our growing team. Reporting to the Product Manager - In-store, you will play a key role in managing, delivering and growing Cartology’s In-Store screen media strategy, revenue and go-to-market plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the internal ecosystem stakeholders you will drive the success and revenue growth of screen network products
  • You will provide strategic, commercial and innovative input to our internal partners to help shape the product roadmap
  • Support the development of category-specific media solutions that deliver against category and shopper insights
  • You will drive Cartology’s In-Store screen product agenda and ensure Cartology’s solutions are market-leading and support our ambition to become a strategic partner of choice to FMCG and household goods brands
  • Able to identify trends, innovation or threats to the Cartology business on a local and global level through a deep understanding of the retail market
  • Support the POS & Publishing channel revenue number and drive its success through effective in-market support of the sales team with clients


About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will bring 2 - 5 years experience in media/ marketing/ shopper marketing with demonstrated experience and with a strong operational orientation, understanding of customer experiences, In-store & publication advertising channels and a focus on driving business outcomes for clients and agency partners.

You will bring:

  • Strong sales and/or business experience with proven ability to drive results
  • Successful internal and external relationship management
  • Organised - able to manage multiple work streams at the same time
  • Proactive - be a genuine self starter and proactively seek better ways of doing things
  • Collaborative - able to drive the best results through teams other than your own
  • Creative - you must have an excellent eye (and ear) and know how to get the best out of creative partners. Be comfortable trying new approaches

Analytical - decipher complex, sometimes conflicting data inputs to create a coherent plan
