We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Data & Insights to join our Operations team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, and we're seeking a talented leader to help drive data-based decision-making and enhance our operational capabilities.

As a Senior Manager - Data & Insights, you will play a key role in shaping our data strategy, driving insights, and enabling data-based decision-making across our operations.
You'll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with senior leaders, and help build our data capabilities across the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead a high-performing team to create actionable insights that empower leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify critical data elements, delivery mechanisms, and automation opportunities.
- Drive the development of data-based capabilities within the business through coaching and training.
- Oversee both internal and external reporting (NPS, service, risk) for Operations.
- Champion workforce management capabilities, methodologies, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Navigate ambiguity and foster a culture of curiosity and problem-solving, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Create and manage business plans for the team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of work.
- Ensure alignment with technical standards, tooling, and policies of Operations.

- Proven track record in leading technical experts and fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration and growth.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with strong data analysis skills to extract actionable insights and drive meaningful impact from complex data
- Strong ability to size up opportunities, problem-solve, and manage stakeholders through the change journey.
- Sound understanding of workforce management principles and tools.
- High emphasis on achieving results through change management and influencing skills.
- Ability to create a learning and growth-oriented environment for your team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Green Belt certified or above, Active Operations (WFM) certified.
