About the role
Discover our mussel processing division in the vibrant Marlborough Sounds, where our facility operates two shifts daily for 11 months annually. Here, we process between 14,000 and 18,500 metric tons of mussels yearly, for export as frozen half shell products.
We're looking for experienced Machine Operators to join us at our Havelock Factory. Our Machine Operators control machines such as AMOs, Forklifts, Bagging Machines, Pressure Cookers, Cabin Plant equipment, and Meat Line Blanchers. These roles are specifically night shift positions.
What we're looking for
- Valid forklift licence
- Availability to work Nightshift essential (3:00pm to 12:30am or 4.30-2.00am)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of safe work practices in manufacturing environments
