An opportunity now exists for an Accounts Administrator to join our administration team at Bowater Toyota in Nelson. Your two main areas of responsibility will be Accounts Payable and Credit Control/Debt Collection and as such problem solving and identifying and fixing errors will come naturally to you.

Alongside your natural affinity with numbers and accounts what is REALLY important to us is your positive, proactive attitude and your willingness to learn.

What you will be doing:

  • Accounts payable
  • Processing new credit applications
  • Acting as first point of contact for any invoice related queries
  • Professionally managing our debt collection


To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A background in high-volume accounts payable and/or debt collection (3+ years)
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadline
  • The ability to be flexible and work with changing priorities
