What you’ll do | Ngā mahi
- Be part of delivery team who are leading the way with Open Banking APIs and Enterprise APIs.
- Work in an Agile Team to analyse business processes, procedures and user requirements to establish technical system design.
- Write quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment
- Be involved in the full software development life cycle, from feature planning and estimation, through development, to delivery, testing and support
- Ensure system documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide guidance and support to peers through code reviews, and technical leadership
What you’ll bring | Tō rourou
Essential:
- 7+ years' experience in development and maintenance of technology applications
- Advanced Java Springboot capability
- Experience with the REST-based APIs design and development of APIs
- Experience with AWS, OpenShift, Kong, Kafka, Active MQ, Docker, Kubernetes and other modern toolsets
- Knowledge of Jenkins CI automation or other CI/CD tools
- Proven ability to communicate ideas and designs clearly and concisely
Desirable:
- Prior financial services & banking experience
