Join an Agile team to design and develop Open Banking and Enterprise APIs. You'll write maintainable code, contribute to the full software lifecycle.

What you’ll do | Ngā mahi

• Be part of delivery team who are leading the way with Open Banking APIs and Enterprise APIs.
• Work in an Agile Team to analyse business processes, procedures and user requirements to establish technical system design.
• Write quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment
• Be involved in the full software development life cycle, from feature planning and estimation, through development, to delivery, testing and support
• Ensure system documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provide guidance and support to peers through code reviews, and technical leadership

What you’ll bring | Tō rourou

Essential:

• 7+ years' experience in development and maintenance of technology applications
• Advanced Java Springboot capability
• Experience with the REST-based APIs design and development of APIs
• Experience with AWS, OpenShift, Kong, Kafka, Active MQ, Docker, Kubernetes and other modern toolsets
• Knowledge of Jenkins CI automation or other CI/CD tools
• Proven ability to communicate ideas and designs clearly and concisely

Desirable:

• Prior financial services & banking experience
