About the Role


This Entry Level HR Administrator role offers a fantastic opportunity to launch your career within a thriving and reputable horticultural company. You'll be a key support player within the HR team, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of HR administration, contributing to the smooth running of our people operations. The Role Will Involve


  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee files, data entry, and record-keeping. 🗂️
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities. 🤝
  • Supporting the team with employee relations tasks, including responding to queries and providing general HR information. ✉️
