As our Marketing Strategist, you’ll:

* Help us analyse our audience and identify opportunities to raise awareness.
* Develop a realistic, actionable marketing plan that considers our in-house skills and resources.
* Provide clear steps, timelines, and success metrics to measure progress.

Your work will lay the foundation for us to share our story more effectively with funders, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Key Deliverables:
* A marketing strategy outlining goals, target audiences, and key strategies
* Audience analysis, including priority segments and messaging suggestions.
* An actionable plan for implementation with steps tailored to our capacity and resources.
* Success metrics that help us measure the impact of the strategy.

This is a short-term project requiring approximately 20–25 hours over 1–2 months. Tasks include:
* Reviewing our current materials and strategic information (3–4 hours).
* A brainstorming session with our team to confirm goals, audience, and capacity (4 hours).
* Developing and sharing the marketing strategy in draft stages (10–12 hours).
* Incorporating feedback and finalising the plan (2–3 hours).

Work can be completed remotely and flexibly to suit your schedule.

We do not currently have a formal marketing strategy in place. While a few staff members manage our social media presence for engaging with clients, this project will focus on marketing to potential funders. Our existing business strategy will serve as a foundation to guide the development of a marketing plan. We will provide the volunteer with all available information and resources to support their work in shaping a targeted and effective strategy.
