We're on the lookout for an experienced senior Carpenter who can tackle a variety of small to medium-sized projects.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for completing tasks efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. As part of a mixed trades team of 15 (and expanding), you'll play a key part in supporting our Service Delivery Managers as we continue to grow. This is not a construction role - we focus on general maintenance, small commercial fit-outs, and the occasional residential refurbishment.
What's great about this role? No two days are the same! One day you might be working on a public library, the next day a community pool, and in between, you could be handling a small commercial fit-out. We're looking for someone who can problem-solve and take initiative, finding solutions independently without needing constant supervision.

To be considered, you'll need to have:
- A Qualified Carpenter or LPB with significant experience.
- Your own basic set of tools.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- A preferred but not necessary Height and EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certificate.
- Confidence in estimating as required.
