KiwiHarvest Food Rescue, founded in 2012 by Deborah Manning, is a New Zealand-wide organisation dedicated to fighting food waste and feeding families in need. We've rescued and distributed over 13 million kilograms of food to 220 charities! Over 21% of Kiwi children live in food-insecure households, and KiwiHarvest provides fresh, nutritious food – a game-changer for charities and the families they support. By volunteering with us, you'll be directly contributing to a healthier and more equitable New Zealand. 🍎🥕

About the Opportunity

This opportunity invites you to join our team in Auckland and play a vital part in our mission to combat food insecurity. You'll be helping us pack fresh fruit and vegetables rescued from going to waste, ensuring this nutritious food reaches those who need it most. Your contribution will make a tangible difference in the lives of countless families across Auckland.

The Opportunity Will Involve

  • Sorting and inspecting fresh produce. 🥝
