Take the reins as our next Food and Beverage Manager - lead our team and elevate our already renowned dining experience to new heights!
Contribute to our award-winning dining experience in the iconic One80 Restaurant - located within the stunning Copthorne Hotel Wellington, Oriental Bay - and expand our influence across the conferencing and events spaces.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to further cement our reputation as a leader in Wellington’s dining scene, across our restaurant, events, and conferences spaces.
- Lead from the front, playing an active role both on the restaurant floor and behind the scenes, ensuring every moment is flawless.
- Drive revenue and profitability by developing creative marketing strategies, promotions, and focusing on guest satisfaction that keeps them coming back for more.
- Coach, inspire, and develop a high-performing team who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Manage operations and finances with precision, ensuring the department exceeds expectations and maintains its status as an industry leader.
- Push the envelope by consistently raising the bar for dining excellence and keeping us in the spotlight with industry accolades.
