What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our Executive Chef to further cement our reputation as a leader in Wellington’s dining scene, across our restaurant, events, and conferences spaces.
• Lead from the front, playing an active role both on the restaurant floor and behind the scenes, ensuring every moment is flawless.
• Drive revenue and profitability by developing creative marketing strategies, promotions, and focusing on guest satisfaction that keeps them coming back for more.
• Coach, inspire, and develop a high-performing team who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Manage operations and finances with precision, ensuring the department exceeds expectations and maintains its status as an industry leader.
