About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi We have a position available on our Residential and Recovery Service.
Hours or work are: 16 hours weekly – Friday and Saturday from 3.00pm to 11.30pm based in Christchurch.
Responsibilities include:
Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.
Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience.
Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most.
Foster positive change for a more positive life.
Provide medication support for our people.
Provide support with household management.
Managing a caseload and all reporting requirements.
You | Mōu You must have previous experience working in a community environment and mental health and addictions sector. You must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one within 2 months of starting. Have knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi Closing Date: 7 February 2025. Please note, this role may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found.
