We are a Cambridge based waste management company, who are passionate about small town service! We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organised Accounts Administrator to join our team. Our office is small, we all get stuck in and are in need of another superstar to join the team!
This busy role is to carry out a range of adminstrative tasks by assisting and providing support to the owner and General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Processing accounts receivable and payable Processing end of month and financial reporting Assisting with customer account requests and queries Credit control Administration support Any additional projects you are interested in exploring
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Experience in a similar financial administration role Customer service experience in a professional environment A current driver's licence Problem solving skills Forward thinking and process driven Friendly phone manner Proactive and a team player The personal attributes you will have include the ability to prioritise, high levels of attention to detail, the ability to be flexible and multitask, with strong communication and the creativity to implement processes as we are a growing company, always looking for ways to improve.
