A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Branch Manager to join our amazing team based in Hamilton.

The ideal candidate will need:

• Previous Management experience preferably in the transport industry
• Strong leadership skills, with proven ability in coaching and developing staff
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrated business acumen, financial competence, initiative, and open to learning opportunities
• Process-driven coupled with the ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
• Continuous improvement focus, with a collaborative mindset to deliver better outcomes
