Are you ready to take your Client Services or Administration career to the next level? We have two fantastic full-time opportunities available in our Nelson and Richmond Findex offices! Work alongside a passionate team of industry professionals who are committed to making a positive impact every day.

We are hiring for two office-based roles—a Client Services Coordinator and a Client Services Officer role. While both positions share similar responsibilities, the Client Services Coordinator role requires more experience and a deeper understanding of financial practices.

What These Roles Look Like

Client Services Coordinator – Nelson

Be the driving force behind seamless client experiences! Manage client data, onboarding, document prep, scheduling, and CRM updates while ensuring top-tier communication and service delivery to advisers, partners, and corporate staff. As a key team player, you will provide reception cover as required.

Client Services Officer – Richmond

Own the front-of-house experience and keep operations running smoothly! From client interactions and mail management to invoicing and supplier coordination, you’ll play a key role in supporting a dynamic and professional team.

What We’re Looking For

Are you a team player with a proactive mindset? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! Here’s what we value:

  • Client Services Officer: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a front-of-house role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Client Services Coordinator: A strong understanding of financial practices and office administration, ideally within an accounting or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Relying on your critical thinking, resilience, and adaptability you can resolve issues independently and anticipate client or office needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, clients, and external service providers.
