We are looking for a customer service superstar and commercially savvy Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the TANK store in Takapuna!

- Be a strong leader for your team of Store Assistants
- $29.88 an hour
You will be responsible for all aspects of the store's operations, including:
- Ensuring all customers receive the best service and great-quality products
- Managing customer-related issues promptly
- Training, retaining, and managing all staffing matters
- Maintaining food safety and store presentation standards
- Managing COGs, stock, labour, and maximising sales and opportunities
What you will bring to the team:
- Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A minimum of 1 year’s management experience working in a café, restaurant, food service business, or fast-paced retail environment
