About the Role:
Whether you're a qualified chef or simply love cooking, if you enjoy preparing nutritious meals for children, we want to hear from you! You’ll be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking delicious, culturally varied meals for our tamariki, including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. We're looking for someone with:
- A passion for cooking, baking, and creating nutritious meals
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety with high hygiene standards
- Understanding of allergies and dietary requirements
- Basic computer skills to design menus and place orders
- Ability to manage a food budget effectively
- A commitment to promoting healthy eating habits for young children
