Join us at the forefront of innovation, designing cutting-edge digital experiences for IAG’s responsive web and native mobile apps! As part of our dynamic UX team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating customer-centric solutions that set IAG’s products, services, and experiences apart. Dive into customer research to uncover insights, collaborate with experts to identify game-changing opportunities, and present your findings to stakeholders.
You'll bring your creative vision to life with high-fidelity user interfaces and detailed interaction designs, working closely with developers to build exceptional digital experiences. Plus, you'll be a champion for UX, driving excellence and innovation within the organization. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to out IAG office in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:
• Strong UI design expertise (layout, typography, visual hierarchy).
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe.
• Experience designing for responsive web and native mobile apps.
• Expertise of design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment.
