He angitūtanga / The opportunity:

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, energetic and reliable Cleaning Assistants to join our friendly team at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin on "as and when" required basis.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for;

  • Cleaning all bathrooms and toilets, rooms and offices
  • Vacuuming and polishing floors
  • Emptying rubbish
  • Maintaining and storing cleaning equipment and chemicals, and any other general cleaning duties as required.
  • You will also need to manage cleaning duties in a timely manner and to adhere to health, safety and security procedures.

If you're our ideal candidate you will;

  • Have a high attention to detail,
  • Be willing to go the extra mile and take pride and ownership of the role.
  • Have high standards in personal presentation
  • Have a friendly, helpful, outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of commercial cleaning and infection control procedures and be flexible to work under short notice.
  • Ideally have previous cleaning experience.
  • Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for customer service and quality.
