Sales Support 2IC (Second-in-Charge) - Lead Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC. This is a pivotal leadership role, where you will work closely with the Trade & Store Manager to guide and develop our team, who are responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the "front of house."

In this role, you will also play a key part in supporting back-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and that daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and developing the Sales Support team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Take ownership of managing day-to-day operations and key processes that directly impact the customer experience.
  • Ensure that back-of-house processes run smoothly, and all internal audit requirements are fulfilled.
  • Work alongside the store management team, at times taking sole charge of the store, demonstrating your ability to lead and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide a positive and proactive customer experience that aligns with our brand values.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to make a significant impact in a key area of our business.

This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work:

  • Sunday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Monday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
