About the role
The Enterprise Application team is on a mission to empower employees, enhance user experience and optimize processes to achieve business success. We do this by leveraging the capabilities of our best of breed application platforms such as SAP and ESRI.
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our GIS team as our Front Office Utility Network Analyst. Our recently completed Utility Network ESRI Implementation is a milestone in our Digital Strategy and creates opportunities for the team to deliver real business value. If you love providing outstanding customer service, problem solving and have an analytic mind then this role is for you.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with ESRI product suite, knowledge of Utility Network model and Safe Software FME products
- Sound knowledge and experience of GIS and / or Asset management systems and able to use them efficiently and effectively for data entry, validation, analysis and output
- Great communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business
- Able to identify data accuracy and consistency gaps, and develop corrective action plans to resolve problems
- A Tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering degree, geography or related field
- A passion to solve business challenges through technology
It is vital that you bring a collaborative approach to problem solving and sharing knowledge as well as a holistic and proactive approach to the development of applications that are not just user friendly, but support business outcomes.
