AMS Nightlife is a New Zealand-based company that provides music and entertainment solutions to a variety of businesses and industries, including bars, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores. The company has been around since 2004 and has since become a market leader in many aspects of the music industry, thanks to its innovative music tech solutions.

AMS Nightlife’s products and services include music and video programming, sound system installations, and licensing support. They work closely with their clients to understand their specific needs and create customized solutions that enhance their customer experience.

We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join the AMS Nightlife team. As a key contact point for clients, you will build relationships. provide technical support, manage installations, and provide training to ensure they are getting the most out of their AMS Nightlife product. You will have a portfolio of clients that you look after for both proactive and reactive calls, allowing you to grow and expand your knowledge.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • You need to have great interpersonal skills and be committed to building relationships with your clients.
  • You need to be awesome at customer service. We take great pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we need someone who can do the same.
  • You need to love technology and be willing to learn new things. We work with both software and hardware products, so you’ll need to be comfortable with both.
  • It helps if you’re a bit of a music nerd. We’re all about the music, so if you’ve got some music programming experience, that’s a bonus!
  • You need to be a problem-solver. You’ll be dealing with all kinds of issues, so you need to be able to think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
  • You need to be able to handle a busy workload. We’re a growing company, and there’s always something going on. You’ll need to be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize your tasks.
