The Go to Market team delivers clarity on where the growth opportunity is within lines of business, what will be desired, and orchestrates the development of compelling, relevant and required propositions.
Champion the Go-to-Market strategy for Private Banking, positioning ASB as the leader in managing HNW clients' banking needs.
Be the communications champion for ASB Private Banking customers.
Maintain a long-term view on how to drive Private Banking customer and business outcomes through marketing comms strategy
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve and optimise Private Banking Go-to-Market plans.

Experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
