Senior Change Manager (construction / site relocation)
Our client is embarking on a major operational shift with the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial building. This facility will accommodate 300 people across 16 teams and will include a multitude of complex infrastructure and bespoke facilities. To ensure a seamless transition from the current site to the new facility, we are seeking a Change Manager / Change Lead with expertise in large-scale relocation projects.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end change strategy, ensuring departments, equipment, and personnel transition smoothly. You will help define the strategy, change roadmap and timeline to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive change roadmap for the transition.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and dependencies.
Define who, what, and when moves, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and alignment.
Create and implement communication and training plans for affected teams.
Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
About You
Proven experience in change management for large-scale construction or site relocations (e.g., hospitals, universities, hotels, airports or industrial sites).
Strong background in site development, infrastructure, or construction-related change projects.
Ability to work in highly complex operational environments with multiple moving parts.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across departments.
Track record of developing transition strategies from scratch in fast-paced settings.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
