Senior Change Manager (construction / site relocation)

Our client is embarking on a major operational shift with the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial building. This facility will accommodate 300 people across 16 teams and will include a multitude of complex infrastructure and bespoke facilities. To ensure a seamless transition from the current site to the new facility, we are seeking a Change Manager / Change Lead with expertise in large-scale relocation projects.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end change strategy, ensuring departments, equipment, and personnel transition smoothly. You will help define the strategy, change roadmap and timeline to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change roadmap for the transition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and dependencies.
  • Define who, what, and when moves, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Create and implement communication and training plans for affected teams.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.


About You

  • Proven experience in change management for large-scale construction or site relocations (e.g., hospitals, universities, hotels, airports or industrial sites).
  • Strong background in site development, infrastructure, or construction-related change projects.
  • Ability to work in highly complex operational environments with multiple moving parts.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Track record of developing transition strategies from scratch in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
