The Position

Responsibilities include:

Providing the nuts and bolts of financial accounting. This will include:

• Maintain General Ledger
• Manage and complete balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee accounting transactions
• Taxes including GST, FBT, NRWT
• Financial reporting completed according to IFRS standards, group reporting according to standards.
• Preparation of month-end and year-end
• Manage intercompany transactions
• Statutory accounts
• Customer pricing and rebates
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with audit
• Assist with cash flow and working capital reporting
• Oversee fixed asset and capital requests

Candidate background

• Detail oriented, strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Initiative and pro-active
• Naturally collaborative
• Ideally experience product related industry
• Ideally experience within an international organisation
• 3-5 years’ experience
• CPA or CA qualification
