Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and addressing their needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating the forklift and performing other tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a forklift and licence
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Can use a computer/technolgy for data entry - Outwards/Inwards goods
- Some general lifting required
