One of our team is heading off on maternity leave so we’re after a business and facility management superstar to join our awesome library team at Te Aka Mauri.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the library facility, resources and services meet the needs of the community and exceed the expectations of our users. You will manage day to day operational business needs, library technology and data performance, level of service improvements and asset maintenance and renewals.
You will support in administration and customer service as well as developing and implementing improvements to provide positive changes, with the community being our focus. Experience managing staff, asset, project and financial management in a customer facing facility is a must with a focus on high standards of customer service.
You'll be joining a busy, friendly team who support the strategic direction of Rotorua Lakes Council, working with our customers, staff at all levels as well as with external partners and stakeholders.

The hours of work are 32 per week, Monday – Friday.
