The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we're on the hunt for a Senior Category Marketing Manager to champion our Panels portfolio! You’ll join a vibrant, close-knit team that thrives on authenticity, ambition, and a good laugh along the way. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of the category strategy, driving growth, creativity, and impact in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Way: Shape and implement a category strategy that takes our Panels portfolio beyond market expectations, driving unmatched growth.
  • Push Boundaries: Keep us ahead of trends, creating unique market differentiation through innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to build a category plan grounded in insights.
  • Deliver Product Excellence: Spearhead product launches and improvements to ensure our offerings exceed customer needs.
  • Build Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with suppliers and industry experts to boost our influence and reach.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in category, product, or brand management.
  • Experience managing key stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
  • A track record of building and executing successful category and channel strategies.
  • Commercial savvy, exceptional communication, and persuasive influence.
  • A confident, data-driven approach to decision-making and P&L management.
  • A collaborative, growth-focused attitude with a flair for finding innovative solutions.
