What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced leader who is skilled in:
ECE Compliance – ensuring all regulations and requirements are met
Leading Curriculum – driving high-quality learning experiences
Mentoring – supporting and developing teachers in their professional growth
Fostering a Positive Team Culture – creating a collaborative and engaged teaching environment
You will also need:
BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and a current Teacher Certification
Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, ECE Regulations, and compliance
Expertise in programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum development
A team-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality education
