About the role |He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
We are looking for a vibrant, resilient and experienced people leader to provide leadership to a team of Service Facilitators for one of our regional teams, this role is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity that will require the ability to both effectively manage at both an operational and strategic level. You will need to be able to roll up your sleeves to understand the business and what the Service Facilitators do, but must also have the ability to take a step back and be able to strategically coach and lead to develop your people.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday based in our Albany office.
Responsibilities include:
Mentoring, inspiring and developing your team
Recruiting and onboarding new team members as required
Actively and positively engage as a member of the Service Centre Leadership Team
Display and promote the values of the business in everything that you say and do
Driving the team performance and maintaining high service levels
Ensure the client is placed at the heart of everything you do
Managing a high performing team
Actively seek out opportunities to add value to the products and services we deliver to our customers

Experience managing a team of high performers, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectors.
Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor a cohesive and high performing team

Understanding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
