Job Description

Precast Foreman
We seek an experienced and motivated Precast Foreman to join our client's team and help deliver exceptional results.

As a Precast Foreman with our client you will oversee all aspects of the precast yard, including managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
? Several years of experience in concrete precast, confident with construction drawings, precast set out, reinforcing detail and concrete finishing.
? Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and fostering a positive team culture
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and sub-contractors
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
? A commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
? Concreting experience (commercial experience, working to levels, finishing, formwork, steel fixing)

This role has an immediate start and is a Monday to Friday (with an occasional Saturday) role.
