Job Description

The Opportunity

We have a newly created position for a Project Director, who will be responsible for winning and delivering a significant Transport portfolio, including Integrated Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for the maintenance and operations of New Zealand's state highway network, a key account of the Ventia Transport business in New Zealand.
Depending on your previous leadership experience, you will be given accountability for developing and deepening a transport maintenance portfolio, which will include customer relationship, operational delivery, and driving successful commercial outcomes. This will include the development of people, goals, and execution of the project delivery plans.

The role is an integral part of the Transport Leadership team, stretching from planning and execution, working with all stakeholders and other leaders to grow revenue, build a key client relationship and ensure delivery service excellence.
This position offers future growth, both within the Transport sector and more broadly across Ventia in New Zealand and Australia, so it will suit an aspirational leader, who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• Strong relationships within NZ Transport sector
• Deep understanding of contracting and O&M markets
• Demonstrated success in delivery of multi-million, high profile projects
