Our client is a well-established interiors contractor with a strong project pipeline and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join their team.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity with a highly regarded fit-out company delivering high-quality commercial projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Managing procurement and subcontractor pricing negotiations.
Handling progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial control.
Collaborating closely with project managers and site teams.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of QS experience in commercial construction or interior fit-outs.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand 3910 contracts, procurement, and cost control.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
