To assist with manual tasks in civil infrastructure projects, including site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled workers on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and excavating.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials.
  • Assist tradesmen and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Help with concrete/asphalt work and excavation tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and report hazards.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness and stamina.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Ability to work well in teams and follow instructions.
  • Basic experience with construction tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual car/ute


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, with possible overtime.
  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical labor, including heavy lifting.
