We have a fabulous opportunity for the right applicant to take on responsibilities whereby you will be supporting the current body corporate manager with all aspects of the body corporate properties. Key components of the role include assisting with day-to-day management of properties, troubleshooting body corporate issues and building relationships with both unit owners and tenants.
Your duties will include:
- Assist with organising, preparing, and attending AGMs
- Preparing minutes
- Monitoring maintenance contracts
- Dealing with Owner queries and solving problems promptly and efficiently
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, solicitors, and other required professionals when needed
- Provide personalised and professional customer service to all clients and customers
- Maintaining all records regarding buildings
Core skills we require, will be your willingness to provide a hands-on approach to daily operations, excellent time management and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised and the ability to work effectively and confidentially when under time constraints. Computer literacy, particularly in core Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also essential.
