Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join their forward-thinking team. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and architecture, pushing boundaries in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have complete, end-to-end ownership of features and deployments, working on both front-end and back-end architecture to deliver amazing experiences for global users.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for both front-end and back-end architecture. Your role will involve building products across the stack with a firm understanding of TDD, web frameworks, APIs, databases focusing on NodeJS and React with Typescript. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while identifying and resolving bugs.

  • Develop and maintain B2B, B2C and staff facing applications, features and APIs for digital/online applications
  • Architect efficient and reusable front and back-end systems that drive complex web applications and services
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Identify and resolve bugs and issues
  • Help improve automated deployment pipelines and testing strategies
  • Comply with relevant Health and Safety legislation standards by adhering to company-wide policies and procedures


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Full Stack Software Developer position brings a wealth of experience in serverless application development using platforms like Google App Engine or Firebase. You are proficient in Javascript/Typescript/SQL/HTML/CSS, with a strong understanding of Agile/Lean software development practices. Your experience in Test Driven Development using tools such as vitest, cypress, cucumber sets you apart. Additionally, your understanding of SEO principles and semantic markup is essential.

  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform
  • Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript/SQL/HTML/CSS
  • Experience in PHP
  • Knowledge of Agile/Lean software development practices
  • Experience in Test Driven Development, vitest, cypress, cucumber
  • Understanding of SEO principles and semantic markup.
  • 8+ years experience in a similar role
