Job Description

About the Role: Lead the kitchen and deliver our nutritious meals programme to residents of our 75-bed facility. Provide nutritional, well- presented meals. Ensure correct food is supplied against special orders. Monitor food temperature, monitor portion control.

NOTE: Radius Care cannot support visa changes/work visas for this role

Duties include:

  • Ensure all infection control policies and procedures are followed
  • Deal appropriately with telephone calls
  • Maintain appropriate quality standards
  • Refer maintenance requests to the catering manager
  • Ensure storage areas are kept clean

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in the same role preferred
