Lumino Gore is on the hunt for a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team! Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.

Lumino Gore is looking for a Practice Manager for their busy, popular practice. This role can be anywhere from 25 - 35 hours per week, and the days and hours are negotiable for the right candidate.

Job Description
As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception: You will be reception based and have reception duties
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor our team with clarity and positivity, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, management, and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.
  • Patient-Centric Care: Address patient inquiries and ensure exceptional care to maintain our practice's reputation for excellence.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and billing processes efficiently, maintaining the practice's financial health.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our clinicians and support team to achieve practice goals and enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
  • Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
  • The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible
  • An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
  • Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
