Role responsibilities may include:

  • Processing and checking invoices for payment runs
  • Paying staff expenses
  • Entering personal details into systems
  • Ordering, replacing, cancelling, and amending credit card limits
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Filing and generating weekly reports
  • General AP / AR tasks


What we need from you:

  • You will have good all-round accounting skills, you will have worked in AP/AR and done some payroll, we are looking for candidates at all levels
  • You must be able to provide two excellent references from previous employers that you have reported into
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word or any related MS Office skills
