Job Description

The role:
As the first point of contact at our Trade Counter and Showroom, you will interact daily with our customers who are the heart and soul of our business.

Daily you will be responsible for –

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with them by being solutions focused, offering product support and technical information.
  • Process sales at our Trade Counter
  • Play an integral part of growing sales within this department
  • Merchandising and run instore promotions
  • Assist customer with any returns or repairs
  • Supporting Inwards goods
  • Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.


This is a permanent full time role working Monday-Friday – 8:30am-5pm

From the 20th of December till the 8th of January our recruitment team will be on holiday. We will be in touch with you after the 8th of January 2025

About you:

  • You will play an important role in capturing sales opportunities across the showroom therefore your passion for creating long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must!
  • Experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment in preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds.
  • Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a close team
  • Computer and numeracy knowledge
  • Great attention to detail and be organised.
  • Energetic, physically fit and able to do manual handling
