About the role
We're looking for someone who is well-organised, approachable, and confident with IT systems, particularly Word and Excel. Your ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy will be essential in this fast-paced role. You'll also have the opportunity to interact with our tamariki, making each day rewarding and meaningful.
In this role, you will:
Manage bookings, data entry, and parent inquiries
Maintain accurate accounts, process payments and direct debits
Use Excel, Word, and Outlook efficiently
Support the team with daily admin and compliance tasks
Occasionally interact with tamariki
This is a fixed-term position, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. (ASAP to 27/10/25)
